"I have been using Kay Riordan for years. Very very disappointed in them. I recently found out that I was supposed to be getting a HIP roof credit for homeowners insurance. I sent them my mitigation report in 2022 and they never caught it. I am not talking a few dollars here. I am talking to probably $1,000 or more that they took from me. When another company told me I was not getting the credit I immediately called and emailed them. Patty kept saying they are looking into it. Finally, I asked for The Errors and Omissions Policy and she keeps avoiding to provide it. Patty is putting the blame on Citizens that they did not want to give he credit to me. This is the agents error. They are supposed to be checking all of this as my agent failed to do so. I asked in 4 additional emails for the Errors and Omissions policy to Patty and Kay the owner and they are both ignoring me emails. Very unprofessional. If you are with them make sure you double check your policy. I will be reporting them"
